All images used on this website are properly licensed for use. SIOE respects copyright and uses only images we have rights to display.
Homepage Slider
The homepage photo carousel features images of past conference locations and SIOE-related events. Images are either original photography contributed by conference organizers and SIOE members, or sourced from free stock photo services.
Conference Pages
Conference pages may include images of host cities and venues. All such images are either:
- Original photography by SIOE members or conference organizers
- Licensed from free stock photo services (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay)
- University or institution official photos with documented permission
Images of uncertain copyright status were removed in early 2026 to ensure full legal compliance.
