Each individual needs to register for the conference.
Please login here if you already have an account.
If you don't have an account, you need to create an account on the SIOE extranet before you can register for the conference.
Registration deadline: June 1, 2026. Authors of accepted papers must register by this date to be included in the programme.
Registration fees

Conference registration includes 3 years of SIOE membership.
Proof of PhD student or postdoc status will be required.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel by July 1, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancel after July 1, 2026: no refund
