Taxi Sharing
To help participants reduce travel costs and simplify their journey, we have set up a shared spreadsheet where you can coordinate taxi rides with fellow attendees — both from Paris airports (CDG / Orly) to Fontainebleau and for the return trip.
This tool is accessible to registered participants only, via the SIOE extranet. This restriction is in place to protect participants' personal travel information in accordance with European data protection regulations (GDPR).

Practical information
- From Paris Orly Airport (ORY) to INSEAD, taxis typically cost between €115 and €145. The journey takes approximately 45–70 minutes depending on traffic.
- From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to INSEAD, taxis typically cost between €168 and €192. The journey takes approximately 90–120 minutes depending on traffic.
- INSEAD is also accessible by train via Line R from Gare de Lyon to Fontainebleau, taking around 45 minutes.
